• Technical Data: Browser type, anonymous analytics, and optional device GPS location (only when you explicitly tap the 'Current Location' auto-fill button).

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is processed strictly for legitimate transport service fulfillment:

• Dispatching verified chauffeurs and commercial-permit cabs to your exact pickup location.
• Sharing driver contact number and vehicle registration details via SMS or WhatsApp.
• Generating transparent journey invoices, Fastag toll vouchers, and GST receipts.
• Providing 24/7 live dispatch support, dispute resolution, and trip assistance.

3. Zero Third-Party Sale or Marketing Sharing

We never sell, rent, lease, or trade customer personal information or contact details to third-party marketing firms, advertisers, or data brokers. Chauffeurs receive passenger contact details solely for the immediate execution of the confirmed trip.

4. Payment Security

Quicktaxi does not store credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, or online banking passwords on our servers. Digital fare payments (UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe, card terminals) are handled through authorized payment institutions compliant with Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and PCI-DSS standards.

5. Data Retention & User Rights

Customer booking records are retained in secure logs solely to satisfy statutory commercial transport, taxation, and accounting regulations. You hold the right to review, update, or request the deletion of your customer record at any time by emailing or calling our grievance desk.
