Tariff, Billing & Cancellation Terms

Welcome to Quicktaxi Coimbatore. These terms govern passenger bookings, fare calculations, and cancellation procedures for local city drops, airport transfers, and outstation trips originating from Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

1. Transparent Tariff Structure

We believe in upfront, honest per-kilometer pricing with zero hidden surcharges or peak-hour surges:

2. Minimum Distance Policies

• One-Way Outstation Drops: Billed on the published fixed point-to-point distance or a 130 KM base minimum (whichever is greater).
• Round Trips & Multi-Day Tours: Minimum billing base is 250 KM per calendar day (e.g., a 2-day tour carries a 500 KM base). Additional kilometers are billed at the standard per-KM tariff.
• Local Hourly Rentals: Packages available in 4-hour / 40-KM and 8-hour / 80-KM increments.

3. Tolls, Border Permits & Parking

Highway toll plaza fees (Fastag), state border permit taxes (for interstate trips to Kerala, Karnataka), and parking or entry charges at airports and hill stations are charged strictly at actuals with zero agency commission. Chauffeurs provide Fastag receipts and government tax slips upon trip completion.

4. Free Cancellation Policy

We understand travel plans change. Quicktaxi provides a 100% Free Cancellation Policy for all local and outstation taxi bookings when cancellation is requested up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. No cancellation penalty or hidden forfeiture applies.

5. Service & Dispatch Disclaimers

Estimated pickup times (including 10-minute dispatch goals) apply within core Coimbatore city limits (Gandhipuram, RS Puram, Peelamedu, Airport, Railway Junction) during standard operating traffic conditions. Vehicle dispatches are subject to fleet availability and adverse weather/road blockages.
